At BlindSpot we enjoy finding unusual things to use for our decorative panels. The buds of the California native Matilija Poppy are complex and a bit hairy. Being a California native myself, I admire the tall plant with the huge white flowers. Some call it a Fried Egg, but Matilija has 3 dotted letters and I love that.
