The On the Ball pin features a crazy black cat with a tiny copper nose, white enamel painted eyes and monofilament whiskers that is clinging madly to a seemingly enormous ball of yarn made in brass with red enamel painted accents. The cat’s tail swings adding to the fun. Totally hand fabricated and silver soldered with a hand sharpened stainless steel pin stem and as well as a pendant loop for your necklace.

Most Chickenscratch jewelry is made from base metals (brass, copper, nickel silver and sterling silver) sheet and wire that is hand cut and manipulated, mixed with various plastics and found objects. Each piece has been joined with silver solder for strength and durability.
